Director of Student Services
I graduated from Madill High School in May 1992.
I am certified in the following areas:
I joined the faculty at MHS in August of 2004. While at Madill, I have taught Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Honor’s Geometry, Alternative Education, Credit Recovery/Lab Class courses, and concurrent math classes for MSC on the MHS campus.
I am currently the Director of Student Services for Madill Public Schools. This includes serving as Special Education Director and Program Coordinator for the Indian Education program, which includes the JOM and Title VI programs.
Prior to coming to MHS, I spent seven years with the Kaufman, Texas Independent School District. I was a middle school/high school mathematics teacher at the Accelerated Learning Center from 1997-2002 and then I taught Algebra I and TAKS remediation classes at Kaufman High School from 2002-2004.
During my time at Kaufman, I was also a part time instructor for Trinity Valley Community College on the Terrell Campus, where I taught developmental courses and GED classes.
While at Madill, I have served as an adjunct math instructor for Murray State College for several semesters.
My husband, Lee, and I were married August 2, 1997. We have two children. Our daughter, Rylee, is a 2018 MHS graudate and a graduate of Murray State College. Our son Ryan, is a senior this year.
We have two dogs, Shadow and Bailey Mae, and a few goats.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching Netflex, and helping my brother buck bulls. (NO, I do not ride the bulls….I load them in the chute and occasionally, help put a bucking dummy on them.)
