NOTICE:  All JOM students must have proof of Tribal Membership (card, letter, or certificate) and a completed Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form (ED 506 Form) on file with the JOM coordinator in order to receive services, including school supplies. 

***Wednesday, April 27, 2022 will be the last day for after school tutoring for ECC and ELEm students!!

**March 9, 2022: An Enote will be sent out that contains a link for the 2021-2022 Madill Indian Education Needs Assessment.  Please complete the survey by March 18, 2022.  Only ONE survey per family, please!



***Chickasaw Nation to offer COVID-19 vaccinations for ages 5-11 at public events in Ada, Ardmore, Tishomingo and Purcell

The Chickasaw Nation Department of Health will offer free COVID-19 vaccinations exclusively for children ages 5-11 at special public events in Ada, Ardmore, Tishomingo and Purcell. The recently authorized vaccine for children is administered in two doses, three weeks apart.

The Ada event will take place at the Emergency Operations Facility (EOF), 1300 Cradduck Road, Saturday, Nov. 20, 9 a.m.-noon. The second dose will be offered at the EOF Saturday, Dec. 11, 9 a.m.- noon. Both will be drive-thru events.

Chickasaw Nation satellite clinics in Ardmore, Purcell and Tishomingo will be administering COVID-19 vaccines Monday, Nov. 22, and Tuesday, Nov. 23, 4-6 p.m. Follow-up doses will be offered Dec. 13 and 14 from 4-6 p.m. Vaccinations will be given inside the clinics.

Due to special handling and dosing requirements of the vaccine for the 5-11 age group, vaccinations for other age groups will not be offered at these special events. Vaccine availability for the 5-11 age group is currently only offered during these events on the given dates and times.

Every child receiving a vaccination will be given a gift card from Sonic.


SENIORS: Josten’s will be here October 22, 2021 to meet with seniors for graduation packages.  The JOM program will purchase the cap/gown/tassel package for all of our JOM seniors. PLEASE DO NOT order those items on your order form!! Mrs. Ruff will collect the necessary information from the seniors and place one order for those students. 

AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING:   The last day of after school tutoring will be Wednesday, April 27, 2022 for ECC and ELEM studnets!!!

**JOM after school tutoring will begin Tuesday, Septmeber 7, 2021.  Tutoring applications are available in the school offices.  Please return applications to their respective school office.  Mrs. Ruff will notify parents of application approval.  

JOM Tutoring Information for ECC and ELEM Students:

**Tutoring will be available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week from the time elementary school is dismissed until 4:30 p.m. in Mrs. Larason’s room at the Elementary.   

**ECC students will ride the WHALE bus to the elementary school and walk to Mrs. Larason’s room.

**At 4:30, students will be walked to the entrance by the library  and dismissed.


JOM Tutoring Information for MS and HS Students:

**Tutoring is held  each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday  from  3:20 -  4:30 p.m. in the high school library.  

**MS students will walk to the high school library. 

**At 4:30, students will be walked to the front porch  and dismissed. 


**Please make sure your child is picked up by 4:45 pm.
