Indian Education

Indian Education program provides services to JOM students and Title VI students. 

 

NOTICE:  All JOM students must have proof of Tribal Membership (card, letter, or certificate) and a completed Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form (ED 506 Form) on file with the Indian Education coordinator in order to receive  JOM services, including school supplies. 

NOTICE:  All Title VI students must have a CDIB card (for themselves, a parent, or grandparent) and a completed Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form (ED 506 Form) on file with the Indian Education coordinator in order to receive Title VI services.

 

School year 2024-2025:  School supplies will be provided to all JOM students. (The exact type of supplies will be published later in the summer.)

ECC and ELEM supplies will be delivered to the child’s teacher. 

Middle school and high school supplies will be available for pick up at each campus’ Open House or on the first day of school.

Middle school art and STEM and High school art will be delivered to the teachers at the end of the first week of school.
