Weight Room Conditioning Monday-Thursdays

HS Boys- 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

JH Boys- 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

HS/JH Girls – 10:30 a.m. to noon

**The Oklahoma State Board of Education voted March 25, 2020 to keep schools closed, stop in-person instruction and cancel extracurricular activities for the remainder of the academic year.
