2-21-22: American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) announces the National American Indian Science & Engineering Fair at OSU on April 1-2, 2022.  There are two categories Senior Division (grades 9-12) and Junior Division (grades 5-8).  Email for more information. Youth Support Reimbursement Program

Chickasaw students can receive funding assistance with expenses related to participation in extracurricular activities including event participation, clubs, leagues and other activities.

Assistance is limited to once per year, up to $150.

  • Chickasaw citizenship required
  • Ages 3 to 18, up to high school senior

High School Senior Expenses and Honor Cord Program

Chickasaw high school seniors are eligible for reimbursement for some expenses related to graduation, including:

  • Announcements
  • Caps and gowns
  • Class rings
  • Letterman jackets
  • Senior pictures
  • Senior students applying for high school expenses can only receive funding once per lifetime, up to $150

Honor Cord

Honor cords are provided to recognize Chickasaw students during high school graduation ceremonies. Students may only receive one honor cord per a lifetime. Application deadline is March 30 each year.

The Economic Assistance for Citizens and Households (EACH) program is a new program created in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency’s negative economic impacts. The program offers direct monetary assistance to Chickasaw citizens living in households that have been negatively economically impacted by COVID-19.  Please visit for additonal information, eligibility requirements, and application.
