I graduated from Madill High School in 1991. After high school I attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma in December of 1995. Three years later, I landed my first job in Thackerville, Oklahoma. I taught in Thackerville for 8 years. My next school experience was in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. I spent 5 years there teaching history and doing cheerleading. In 2010, I took a position in Madill teaching World Geography and yearbook and cheerleading.
I received my bachalors degree in Social Sciences. I am certified in United States History, Government, Oklahoma History, World History, Geography, Sociology and Anthropology.
I started teaching in Madill in 2010. I have been here starting on 8 years this year. I am currently teaching World Geography, Yearbook and I am Cheerleading Coach.
I started teaching 3 days before school started in Thackerville Oklahoma in 1998. I am starting my 20th year in this profession. Before getting my degree, I worked for the Indian Eduation program in Madill in a tutoring position.
I am not married and do not have any children. I consider my students my kids, so I have around 130 of them. I do have a pet, a cat named Meow Meow. She is 16 years old a she was rescued when she was 6 months old.
My hobbies are very limited due to my extreme schedule but I do love to spend time with my neices and nephews and spending quality time with my friends.
