Madill Pushes Dickson, Comets Claim Softball Win Late Tuesday; Watch on Demand

The Madill Lady ‘Cats held it close all the way to the bottom of the fifth inning before Dickson distanced themselves in a 13-3 win over Madill Tuesday.

Dickson built a 4-0 advantage until Madill closed the gap to 4-3 until the fifth. The Comets plated nine runs in the final two innings of action.

Emily Austin went 2-for-2 at the plate while striking out two Comets from the circle. She also scored a run. Emilie Johnson collected two hits. Jaeda Townsend, Krislyn Anderson and Ireland Spooner drove in a run each.
