Davis Brings Home Bronze, Vinson Earns Third, Shaw Secures Sixth, Relay Seventh at State Track Meet

Freshman Kaytleigh Davis brought home the bronze medal in the Class 4A girls 200-meter dash of the state meet Saturday in Catoosa with her time of 25.41. Freshman Eli Vinson earned third in the Class 4A boys pole vault with a heighth of 12’6” and junior River Shaw secured sixth place in the boys shot put event with a toss of 47’8.5” for the Wildcats.

The Madill girls 4x200m relay squad of Korlee Cunningham-Martin, Davis, Joslyn Stumblingbear and Hannah Elkins combined to finish seventh. Madill’s girls wrapped the meet with 10 total points. The Madill boys completed state with nine points.
