NOTICE:  All JOM students must have proof of Tribal Membership (card, letter, or certificate) and a completed Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form (ED 506 Form) on file with the JOM coordinator in order to receive services, including school supplies.

** 2nd request for JOM t-shirt sizes:  Please click on the link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/C9R8MXC to update your child/children’s t-shirts sizes. Deadline: Wednesday, September 30, 2020. (You DO NOT have to submit your sizes again if you previously completed the Needs Assessment.)

**Tutoring applications will be available at each school office beginning 9-9-2020.  Tutoring will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 3:20 – 4:30 pm in the high school library.  ECC and ELEM students will ride the bus to the middle school and walk to the high school.  Tutoring begins Monday, September 14, 2020!!!

Please complete ONE SURVEY PER FAMILY.  On the last question, please indicate the t-shirt size for each child/children. Please complete by September 11, 2020.

***The JOM Parent Committee will hold a special meeting virutally on Monday, August 24, 2020 at 6:00 pm via Zoom.  This meeting will include discussion of  the budget for the 2020-2021 school year. All JOM parents are invited to attend.  Contact Brandy Ruff (bruff@madillok.com) to request a Zoom link invitaton. 

 

***JOM will provide school supplies for the 2020-2021 school year.  School supplies will be delivered to your childs’ teacher at the ECC and ELEM school before the first day of school. 

MS and HS student supplies will be delivered to their first hour teacher.  If a student has athletics first hour, supplies will be sent to their 2nd hour teacher. These will also be delivered before the first day of school.

**Items NOT supplied: backpacks, kindermats, baby wipes, ziploc bags, clorox wipes, construction paper, plastic cups, kleenex, germ x….

Blended students will need to see Mrs. Ruff to pick up their supplies.  She is located in Portable 3.

If your child will be a full time virtual student, supplies will be available when devices are issued.
