Wellness Screenings

Please find attached a poster regarding the health screenings for the Health Choice medical reimbursements.

VERY IMPORTANT:
Staff members must schedule appointments online before February 7th.
Staff members with Healthchoice insurance must go to the link and complete information to qualify for the medical reimbursement.

100% of students are expected to complete the surveys. Note that 7-11 grades complete the same survey and seniors have a separate survey they complete.

GEAR UP GRANT PROVIDES ONLINE TEST PREPARATION PROGRAMS

All high school students at Madill Public School can now participate in a free online test preparation program for all core subject areas of the ACT and EOI exams. The testing website is www.usatestprep.com. Students and/or parents may contact any high school core teacher for a username and password if students have not already been assigned one.

FLU CLINIC SCHEDULED FOR MADILL STAFF

A Flu Clinic has been scheduled for Madill staff members on Thursday, October 8th. The vaccination clinic will begin at ECC at 8:00 a.m. and rotate to elementary, the administration building (MS will get vaccinations at administration building) and then to HS. Health Choice insurance covers the flu vaccination. Paper work will need to be completed in advance. Building principals will have this paperwork or it can be picked up from Joanna Tuck at the administration building. Staff members with plans other than Health Choice must verify that the flu vaccination is covered under their policies. Margaret Perkins will administer the flu shot again this year. You may go by Corner Drug to get the flu vaccination at any time. Also you may go to any site on October 8th to get the vaccination. Please contact Joanna Tuck if you have questions.

Health Screening Friday Night
