All District Substitute Training for all Substitutes wishing to work in the 2016-2017 School Year will be held on August 10 at 1pm in the Board of Education Room at the Madill Schools Administration Building.
9month contract employees last day of work for this school year is May 20. June & July checks will be issued on May 20 in the same manner pay is received now. August checks will be paid on June 15 in the same manner pay is received now.
10 month contract employees last day of work for this school year is May 31. June & July checks will be issued on May 31 in the same manner pay is received now. August checks will be paid on June 15 in the same manner pay is received now.
12 month contract employees: Summer hours begin on May 23 and end on August 5. Summer calendars are available at Administration Office.
All School enrollment is August 2nd @ 3-8pm & August 3rd@ 9am-3pm. Some support employees will be assigned by your supervisor to work on these days.
All Support Staff report for 2016-2017 School year on Thursday August 11 at 9 am to the Wildcat Den. (10 month employees will return on August 1, 2016.)
Teachers report for the 2016-2017 school year on August 15.
Students report for the 2016-2017 school year on August 18.
Madill Title VII Program Public Hearing
There will be a Public Hearing for Madill Public School's Title VII program aton Friday, April 29th in the Madill Administration Conference Room. Parents and other interested persons are encouraged to attend this meeting to learn about program objectives which enhances the Native American student's academic achievements.
