    HEALTH TIP

Cardio exercises are physical activities that raise your heart rate, such as running, swimming, and brisk walking.  Your body needs cardio to increase lung capacity, strengthen your heart, lower your risk for diabetes, and more.  Fit a cardio workout at least five days a week for 30 minutes each - more if you want to lose weight.
