The Madill Student Council helped the Oklahoma Blood Institute net 65 units during Monday's (Feb. 26) drive inside the high school library.

A unit of blood can save up to three lives.

Donors received shirts and snacks for the contribution. Plus, students donating at least six times by May 1 of their senior year in high school are eligible to wear an honor cord at graduation provided by the Oklahoma Blood Institute
